Policy Manual
The Municipality of Jasper Policy Manual governs all municipal operations. Policies (P) are subject to Council approval, while Administrative Procedures (A) are determined by the Municipal Manager.
The Municipality of Jasper is currently reviewing its Policy Manual in order to reduce the number of policies and simplify their expression. Policies under review can be found in the Council meeting agendas.

Draft Policies
Draft Encroachment Policy
In order to simplify process and to provide more transparency about how encroachments will be regulated, the Municipality of Jasper is reviewing its encroachment policy.
The draft policy would enable the Municipality to secure its policy goal more effectively, while at the same time freeing many leaseholders from the requirement to obtain agreements for minor encroachments.
