Assessment notices are mailed to property owners every spring (usually in March). Property values are assessed annually to reflect estimated market values, and are used to determine property taxes.

- Contact Natasha Malenchak, Director of Finance and Administration, by email or by phone at 780-852-6511;
- Request information about your assessment and other properties in Jasper through the Assessment Information Request Form;
- Attend the Meet with the Assessor session on Thursday, April 12, 2018 between 1:00 and 3:00pm or between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. in the board room at the Jasper Activity Centre. The assessor will be available to review your assessment, answer questions and provide explanations specific to your property, on a first come first served basis; and/or
- If you still disagree with your assessed property value, you can formally appeal your assessment.

The assessment roll is a list of properties within the Municipality along with their current assessed value, as determined annually by our assessor.
