Fitness Centre

  • The main doors are closed, please use our side entrance. There is signage at the facility directing you to the door. 
  • There is a capacity limit of 30 people at a time.
  • The Fitness Centre is now operating on our regular schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30AM-9:30PM and weekends 8:00AM-9:30PM.
  • Please watch this page or visit us on Facebook for updates and information.  Thanks again for your patience and cooperation.

The Bouldering Wall is closed on Thursdays from 7 - 9PM.

Fitness Centre Areas

The Fitness Centre is a great place to meet new people, be physically active and have some fun. Please wear your clean, close-toed indoor shoes.

Weight Training 

The Fitness Centre has multiple weightlifting machines, weight racks and free weights.

Age restriction: Children 13 and under no access; 14 supervised by an adult; 15+ can use the weights unsupervised.

Cardio Equipment 

The Fitness Centre provides high quality, safe cardio equipment.

Age restriction: Children 11 and under no access; 12 supervised by an adult; 13+ can use cardio equipment unsupervised.

Bouldering Wall 

The bouldering wall features multiple routes including beginner, intermediate and advanced level routes. 

Climbing shoes are also welcome at the bouldering wall. 

Age restriction: Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult; 13+ can climb unsupervised.
