The Library and Cultural Centre is shared space that houses:
- The Jasper Municipal Library,
- L’Association Canadienne Française de Jasper (ACFA)
- Habitat for the Arts,
- Jasper Artists Guild and Gallery,
- Municipal Offices and Council Chambers, known as the Quorum Room
- Small kitchen
It is an inviting space for all people to inspire creativity and build community connection.
Jasper Municipal Library is a safe and welcoming space, learning centre and communication hub for our community and visitors. The library offers access to print and electronic media, wifi, computers, local information, reference services and gathering space.
Library Membership is free for residents of all ages.

ACFA: L’Association Canadienne Française de Jasper is an association that seeks to represent and promote the culture of Franco-Albertans within Alberta.

Jasper Art Gallery: run by the Jasper Artist’s Guild, the gallery displays a broad variety of local and regional art including oils and acrylics, fiber arts, mixed media, sculpture, and photography. The Gallery is an artist-run centre and the base of Jasper Artists Guild; an organization that promotes and supports visual fine arts. Habitat for the Arts is a dedicated community space for all ages to explore and enjoy the arts. Habitat offers various classes and workshops as well as community programming featuring resident and visiting artists.
